Graduated in Economy and Commerce at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi (Milan) in 1991 with the highest mark, he is a chartered accountant, auditor and statutory auditor. Legal and technical consultant for the courts. Technical consultant for the Judge at the Milano Courts regarding accounting and tax matters.

He works as auditor and statutory auditor for major national and international companies.

He started his practice working for leading professional firms, and later co-founded STL in 1995.
